Awarding hero Vysotsky

 Boris Vysotsky, a 24-year-old resident of Yakutia, has been awarded with the Commendation of the head of Yakutia and a gold watch with his name inscribed “for bold and decisive action when rescueing people in extreme conditions".

The Decree on awarding was signed by Yegor Borisov on June 10. The brave young man saved  10 passengers of the vessel that turned upside down on the Lena River in early June.

From the announcement: "For bold and decisive action when rescuing people in extreme conditions to award Boris M. Vysotsky, a skipper of N.A. Vysotsky shipping enterprise, Yakutsk, with the Commendation of the Head of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)."
