New information system to improve the efficiency of Yakutia-federal center interaction

 Alexander Struchkov, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to the Russian President, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic, attended a meeting in Yakutsk on keeping a unified register of the questions of the republic of the Federal authorities.

 

The meeting saw heads of the government bodies, representatives of the relevant departments and enterprises.

Alexander Struchkov, the Permanent Representative of the republic, proposed to consider designing a new software product, which will grant the access to all executive authorities working with the leader of the republic’s appeals to the federal authorities. Single register will be a system that will be compatible with all the information resources of the executive authorities of the republic.

Thanks to this concept, it will be possible to keep a comprehensive record of all issues put forward by the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It is expected that the formation of the single registry will be done by the Presidential Administration and the government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as the Permanent Mission of the republic to the Russian President, and it will be kept by all the republic’s ministries and departments.

The meeting participants noted that the implementation of the new system with the use of the latest hardware and software Swould lead to higher quality activities of the republic’s authorities, and will significantly reduce the processing time of applications. All this will increase the efficiency of the interaction with the federal government and raise the efficiency of decision-making.
