About 90% orphans received apartment subsidies for 7 months

The Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Yakutia notes a significant decrease in the number of enforcement proceedings on provision of housing for orphans and children left without parental care.

The positive dynamics is due to the fact that the district administration of Yakutsk has recently started to give subsidies for housing purchase. Besides, the last two years have witnessed a significant increase in funding from the republic government. Let’s recall that from 2006 to 2010 there were 290 million rubles funded for this purpose; and in 2012, over 1 billion rubles were allocated. In addition, the heads of regional municipalities are resolving questions on housing construction for execution of court decisions in favor of orphans and children left without parental care.
