Yong Yakutian cadets at “Sciences cherish young people…” Russian Conference

On April 18-20, 2013pupils of the Yakutsk Cadet Boarding School took part in the Russian research and practice conference “Sciences cherish young people…” in the Vologda Cadet Boarding School.

According to the RS (Y) Ministry of Education, the conference gathered about 150 pupils from different Russian regions.

It consisted of three sections. Yakutian 10th grade pupil awarded the 1nd place diploma in the second section “Engineering and economic sciences”; the second place diploma went to 8th grade pupil of the Tulagino Secondary School named after P.I. Kochnev in the second section “Social and human sciences”. Yakutian pupils of the 9th and 10th grades were the winners in the nominations for unconventional approach to the studied subject.

The Archbishop of Vologda and Veliki Ustyug Maksimilian awarded the 7th grade pupil Gavriil Konstanitnov for interesting work “Historical relation of Imperial Land Cadet Corps of Nobility with Yakutian cadets of the 18th century”.
