Moscow restaurateurs offered Yakut agricultural producers cooperation

Negotiations were held in Moscow during exhibitions for specialists of hotel and restaurant business, as well as bar industry “PIR”, “Hotel. Equipment and Technologies 2012” and Moscow Bar Show.

Igor Bukharov, the President of Restaurateurs’ and Hoteliers’ Federation of Russia, paid attention to quality and ecological compatibility of Yakut foal meat, venison and fish and highlighted that natural food from Yakutia is very popular with Moscow consumers.
